Gospel Minister Cum Pastor Nyameba Asamoah has made a constructive analysis on popular statement rising in the christian gospel fraternity Gospel Musicians in Ghana Are not united
Kingdombizzgh.com found this worth a read.
Unity as we say is strength. So any people group that are not united cannot and will not stand the test of time.
However, the kind of brotherliness I witnessed this Saturday both at Joe Mettle’s white wedding and the reception in the evening, I can confidently say that it’s not true that gospel musicians in this country are not united.
Now I see lots of featuring or collaborations. Lots of endorsements and lots of opportunities given to the up and coming ones on several fronts.
I personally made lots of observation prior to the commencement of the wedding reception and the latter. How the senior ministers were relating to the young ones in a brotherly manner and you could see the joy and excitement.
Also at the time when Cwesi Oteng was ministering the rate at which almost everybody at the hall stood up on their feet to hail and cheer him on was just so refreshing. But seriously Cwesi Oteng was on fire that night.
Even though, I know that some will still argue that there is no unity I still believe that there is. The only problem I see is that some just don’t understand that monkeys play by sizes. For example there are things Nii Okai can freely share with Koda but might find it difficult sharing with me.
That doesn’t mean that we are divided it’s just that they have a strong bond that have been built over the years which makes it easy for them to flow and it’s normal. Remember that even Jesus had the 12, among the twelve he had the 3 and he also had the 120.
Dear minister, understand this, that there are levels of relationship. Also everybody has a click. Find your click. Love and appreciate them and let’s all push God’s agenda together. Together we stand; divided we fall.
Gen.11.6 – And the LORD said, “Indeed the people are one and they all have one language, and this is what they begin to do; now nothing that they propose to do will be withheld from them.
